In the beginning, before you start the training, everything seems hard and impossible. But you can only successfully pass through this stage with courage and perseverance. We also call it the warm-up phase, as you will get to know the workout and diet details with the help of our detailed tutorials and diet charts. In this stage, you get beginner-level workouts to warm you up for the next steps. So, in these initial weeks, you will know the entire training process and get the necessary knowledge to complete the training.

Phase Two of 12 Weeks of Online Training

Once you get on track, phase two gets you into real shape with changes in your diet plan after accessing your body requirements and feasibility. This phase levels you up as you head towards achieving your fitness targets. During phase two activities, you are motivated and analysed by our performance assessments. Each participant is asked to send their performance report via our official email.

Phase Three of 12 Weeks of Online Training

This is the final stage. As you already know the routine, it’s time to strike the iron with full might while it’s hot. At this stage, we maximize your nutrition intake to match your max workout routine. This is done to reach the final point of the entire 12 weeks marathon. Whether you make the gains or end up falling short of your goals, this stage is where you see the results of your 12 weeks of online training.
